  • What is CBD?

CBD, or cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring compound found in the cannabis plant. While it is commonly associated with marijuana, CBD does not produce the psychoactive effects that are typically associated with THC. Instead, it has been found to have a number of potential health benefits for the human body. Research has suggested that CBD may help reduce anxiety and depression, alleviate pain and inflammation, improve sleep quality, and even reduce the frequency and severity of seizures in individuals with epilepsy. Additionally, CBD has been found to have antioxidant properties, which may help protect the body from the damaging effects of free radicals. While more research is needed, these potential benefits make CBD an area of growing interest in the field of health and wellness.

  • Where does it come from?

Medical CBD, or cannabidiol, is typically extracted from the flowers and leaves of the cannabis plant. There are several methods used to extract CBD, including CO2 extraction, ethanol extraction, and oil extraction. CO2 extraction involves using pressurized carbon dioxide to extract the CBD from the plant material. Ethanol extraction involves soaking the plant material in ethanol to extract the CBD. Oil extraction involves using a carrier oil, such as olive oil, to extract the CBD from the plant material. Once the CBD has been extracted, it is typically processed further to remove any impurities and to ensure that the final product is pure and potent. The resulting CBD extract can then be used in a variety of medical applications.

  • Why Tablets vs Oil?

CBD tablets offer several advantages over other delivery methods, such as ease of dosing, lack of mess, and being tasteless and odorless. With CBD tablets, the exact dosage is already measured out, making it easier for individuals to ensure that they are getting the right amount of CBD. Unlike other delivery methods, such as oils or tinctures, there is no mess involved with taking CBD tablets, as they can simply be swallowed with water. Additionally, CBD tablets are tasteless and odorless, making them a more appealing option for individuals who do not enjoy the taste of CBD oil or who prefer a more discreet delivery method. Overall, CBD tablets offer a convenient and hassle-free way to incorporate CBD into one's daily routine.
